Arthur W. Cook, 83, of Logan, WV formerly of Madison, WV passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at St. Francis Hospital, Charleston, WV.
He was born January 2, 1935 to the late Palmer and Mona Cook. For the past 16 years he lived at Trinity Nursing Home, Logan, WV.
He is survived by his sister, Lorraine Butcher of Chapmanville, WV; nephew, Thomas and Teresa Butcher of Hewett, WV; and great nephews, Chris and Chad Butcher. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 4, 2018 at Boone Memorial Park, Madison.
