Mrs. Hayes died on Sat., Nov. 6, 2004, at her home in Baxter.
She was born on Dec. 15, 1951, in Baxter to Barbara Lea Polson Bilbrey of Baxter and the late Roosevelt Williams.
Mrs. Hayes was employed in home health care and was a member of Gainesboro Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carlus Lee Hayes; a son, Terry Randall Hancock; and a granddaughter, Stephanie Grasty
