Candy Johnson
GALVESTON - Services for Claude Albert "Candy" Johnson, 81, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Grace Episcopal Church in Galveston, the Rev. John Caskey officiating. Burial will be at Grace Memorial Park in Hitchcock, under direction of Malloy & Son Funeral Home of Galveston.

Mr. Johnson died Wednesday at St. Mary's Hospital in Galveston. He was born Oct. 10, 1902, in Galveston, and was retired. Mr. Johnson was a member of Lodge No. 126 of the Benevolent and Protects ve Order of Elks.

Survivors include two stepdaughters, Sue Nelson of Littleton, Colo., and Ann Souter of Denver; a sister, Mary Brandin of Houston; four step-grandchildren; six step-great-grandchildren; and other relatives;

Pallbearers will be Robert E. Kelley Jr., John Seabrook, John Engelking, William Hosford, Raymond Johnson Jr. and Joseph Y
Wood.

Visitors may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. today.
