Mrs. Carl Greve, 87, died Monday, August 1, 1966, at the Harlan Hospital. Mrs. Greve was born October 1, 1879, in Denmark. She had been a patient at the Salem Home since 1962.
Surviving are four daughters, Claudine Olsen of Kimballtown, Iowa, Hannah Mathiasen of Harlan, Iowa, Viola Andersen of Elk Horn, Iowa and Arlene Madsen of Des Moines, Iowa; three sons, Einer of Elk Horn, Iowa, Harold of Elk Horn, Iowa and Herman of Walnut, Iowa; 32 grandchildren, 71 great grandchildren and three great- great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wesdnesday, August 3, 1966, with the Rev. Axel Andersen officiating at the Elk Horn Lutheran Church with burial in the Elk Horn Church cemetery.
Pallbearers were Darrell Andersen, Everett Greve, Ed Mathiasen, Norman Mathiasen, Elliott Greve and Roger L. Andersen.
