CONCORDIA - The funeral for Paul Charest. 91, Concordia, will be at 10 am Monday at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Roman Catholic Church here, the Rev. Loren Werth officiating. Burial will be in St. Concordia cemetery.
Mr. Charest, born May 2. 1885, in Illinois, died Friday at St. Ann's home, Concordia. He had lived in the Concordia and Aurora communities most of his life. He was a retired farmer and carpenter and a member of the Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus.
Surviving are the widow, Lena, of St. Ann's home; 3 sons, Ray, Concordia; Alpha. Topeka. and Melvin. Hereford Tex.; 2 daughters, Mrs. Ermine Breen Delphos. and Mrs. Marie Kollmeyer, Ceres. Calif.; 27 grandchildren and.25 great-grandchildren.
Rosary will be recited at 7 pm Sunday at Chaput-Buoy funeral home, Concordia.
