Actress. Began her film career with a role in 'The Best Years of Our Lives' (1946). Went on to be featured in several film-noir movies of the 1940s and 50s. One of her more notable roles was that of Ben-Hur's sister in the 1959 version of Ben-Hur. She was married to film director Robert Wyler for 22 years until her death from cancer in 1970.
