TUSCALOOSA Morrell "Big Moe" Coleman, age 60, went to be with his Heavenly Father on July 29, 2013. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, August 1, 2013, at Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Reverend Ray Hallman officiating and Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Wilson Coleman and Mary John Ruff Coleman; his sister, Syble Coleman; and his grandparents, James Walter and Elma Lou Kirkley Coleman, and John Calvin and Mary Jeanette Grant Ruff.

Survivors are his wife, Cynthia; sons, Chad (Sommer) and Brad (Mandy); daughter, Leslie (Josh); and stepson, Bryant Bush (Holly).

He was born in Tuscaloosa on January 16, 1953. He graduated from Tuscaloosa High School and attended the University of Alabama. During his over forty years of service at BF Goodrich, he held several jobs and served as Shop Steward and Division Chairman for USWA L351. He was a member of Backside Hunting Club. He loved hunting, fishing, football, and most of all, his family.

Pallbearers will be Alan Stamps, Dexter Beams, Roland Elliott, Rick Wright, Jerald Hartley, and Harry Rowland.
