Visitation 6-9 p.m. Thursday, July 18 at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Wake service at 7 p.m. Visitation again 9-10 a.m. Friday, July 19 at the mortuary. Prayer service at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire. Survived by wife, Polly F. Fernandez of Halaula; daughters, Pamela (Robert) Taylor and Trixy (Chris) Grace of Naalehu, Lori (Tracy) Yanagi of Hilo, Leilani (Matt) Glodek of New Jersey, Venissa (Ray) Ah Sam and Rowena (Boy II) Lloyd of Honolulu, Daniela (David) Araki of Kona; brother, Narcisco "Nasi" (Ruth) Fernandez of Captain Cook; sisters, Fely Padilla, Rose Rasay and Ruth (George) Aguiar of Hilo, Trini "Dolly" Baybayan of Mountain View; sister-in-law, Emily R.
