2. Dolores Darlene (Edelman) 1) Geisler, 2) Afainer

He had been married previously (twice) to Donelda Lynn Mattingly ( 1907-1993) by whom he had three living sons and one daughter. Rose and Dewey did not have any children together.
Dewey died June 23, 1968, in West Covina, Los Angeles County, California. Rose died June 13, 1998, in Yucaipa, San Bernardino County, California. Rose and Dewey were buried next to each other at Rose Hills Memorial Park.
