James Kelly Talbott, 88, of State Center died at Marshalltown Medical and Surgical Center of heart failure.
He was born in Lohrville to Emory and Laura (McBride) Talbott. Since 1922 he had lived in Nevada, Fernald and State Center, and was a retired production worker for Donnelley Marketing in Nevada.
He is survived by his wife, Edna Talbott of State Center.
Visitation was held Nov. 12 at Cooper Ryan Funeral Home in Nevada with burial on Nov. 13 at Nevada Cemetery.
