David Cecil Rouse, of the 1000 block of Bowe Place, a warehouseman, died July 31, 1990, in a hospital.
Mr. Rouse, a native of Richmond, was employed at Joyce Supply Co. for seven years. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
Survivors include his wife, Clara C. Rouse; a stepdaughter, Valeria Matthews, and a stepson, Mark Matthews, both of Norfolk; and two sisters, Marthetha Rouse of Norfolk and Cleothia Gibbs of Chesapeake.
The funeral will be conducted at noon Monday in Riddick Funeral Service by the Rev. James Edwards III. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
