EAMOR - Oct. 20, 1970, Mary Eamor, aged 88 years, Vulcan. Born in Neepawa, Man., she came to the Vulcan district in 1907, homesteaded in the Red Cross area, retired to Vulcan in 1944.
Survived by six daughters, Mrs. Sarah Bendiceson, Fernie, B.C., Mrs. Ida Robstead, Hoodsport, Wash., Mrs. Hazel Fraser, Edmonton, Mrs. Alice Jordan, Champion, Mrs. Minnie Dowling, Penticton, B.C., and Mrs. Laurs Houlton, Vulcan; three sons, Charles, Vancouver, Jack and Melvin, both of Vulcan; 23 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Willie Dunseith, Hoodsport, Wash., and one brother, Charles Brandt, Moore Park, Man.
Predeceased by her husband, Labon, in Feb. 1941. Also a son George, January, 1967. Services at the Vulcan United Church Friday at 1:30 p.m. Interment Vulcan Cemetery. Vulcan Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
