DROWNED: DEATH: PANB DJVS: Vol 23, #923 "Morning News, St. John" dated 6/28/1865: William McCorquindale was drowned on Friday while engaged in hauling logs from off the bar near the Mactaquac. It appears the horses accidently got into deep water and himself and one of the horses was carried down stream out of reach of assistance.
