Raymond C. Van Druff, 86, a retired mail clerk, suffered a fatal heart attack on a downtown street Monday evening.
Funeral services will be held at 11 o'clock tomorrow in the Arthur A. Wright & Son chapel. Cremation will follow.
Mr. Van Druff came here in 1920. He was chief postal clerk on mail trains before he retired in 1942. He worked for the Post Office Department 35 years.
Mr. Van Druff was born in Kankakee, Ill. He came here from Albuquerque, N. M. He lived at 25 W. Highland Drive.
Surviving are his wife, Ora; a daughter, Mrs. Garrit J. Hemsing, Seattle; a son, Robert B. Van Druff, Salem, Ore.; a sister, Mrs. J. L. Colby, Erie, Pa.; three grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
