Arthur W. Janklow II, 71, died Monday, Aug. 5, 2013, at his home surrounded by his family.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Mary Ellen; eight children: Jean, Arthur III (Leira), Tom, Deborah (Nayyer), Helen (Hugues), Danny (Angie), Rebecca, and Sarah; his mother, LouElla Nace; two brothers, Fred Janklow and Lloyd Nace; three sisters, Willa, JoAnn, and Lou; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur W. Janklow and brother, William Janklow.
Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home, with Dr. Steven Benn officiating. Interment will follow at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, with full military honors by the Rushmore VFW Post 1273 and the South Dakota Army National Guard.
