Dies At Burnettsville;
Final Rites Thursday
BURNETTSVILLE Finai rites
for Mrs. Minnie B. Alexander,
78, a lifelong resident here, will
be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at
Burnettsville Methodist Church
with the Rev. John Deal officiating.
Burial will be in Davis
Cemetery,
Friends may call at Miller
Funeral Home in Monticello aft-
er 3 p.m. today and at the
church an hour before services.
Her death at her home at 7:10
a.m. Tuesday followed a brief
illness.
Born here Nov. 9, 1885, she
was the daughter of Richard
and Annette Heiny Herman.
Her marriage on Aug. 15, 1906,
was to Raleigh R. Alexander.
He died Dec. 18, 1956.
She was a member of Bur
nettsville Methodist Church,
WSCS, Social and Study Club
and Jackson and Lincoln town-
ship Home Demonstration-clubs.
Survivors are a daughter,
Mrs. Martha Ridenour of here;
three grandchildren: a great
grandchild and two sisters, Mrs.
Ethel Michael, Logansport, and
Mrs. Hilda Mertz of Monticello.
