Funeral services for Mrs. Joyce Laverne Plumlee, 67, of Moss, were conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 31, 2004, from the chapel of Hall Funeral Home in Celina.

Burial was in Moss Cemetery with Bill Ramsey officiating. Mrs. Plumlee died Saturday, August 28 at NHC Healthcare in Cookeville.

Born March 11, 1937, in Overton County, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Margie (Sledge) Cornwell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hunter Plumlee; two brothers, William Henry Cornwell and Rondel Dean Cornwell; and a sister, Barbara Norman.
Special care provided by Hall Funeral Home.
