Denison - Graveside services are 10:30 am Tues at Cedarlawn Cem. for 91 year old Denison resident Perry A. Sweeney who died Sun at Texoma Medical Center. Rev. Katie Hopper and Dr. Jimmie Hopper will officiate. Arrangements are under direction of Bratcher Funeral Home. Mr. Sweeney was born in Denison, son of Perry W. and Sara Sweeney. He married Caroline Nicholas 11 Sep 1943 in Terra Haute, Ind. He was an inspector for US Steel Corp., retiring in 1965. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Denison. Survivors include son Perry A. Sweeney of Basalt, Co; sisters, Clara Smith of Denison, Josephine Pate of Denison, Rosalee Lee of Sherman. Visitation is from 7 to 8 pm today at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, PO Box 147, Denison.
