Kathryn Moore Ball, 77, died Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at Danville Regional Medical Center after a decline in health for the past three years.
Born in Warrior Mines, WV on July 3, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Lilburn Fullen Moore and Bessie Roach Moore.
In addition to her husband, survivors include two daughters, Dawn Ball, of Danville, VA, and Beth Goard, and husband, Keith, of Dry Fork, VA; two grandchildren, Eli Goard and Sarah Goard; four sisters-in-law, Faye Light, Sylvia Ball, Patricia Ball and Fay Moore; brother-in-law, Vernon Ball, and wife, ReElla, and a number of nieces and nephews.
