Rodney Sellars, 79, of 3105 W. Walnut, retired pharmacist and former owner of the old Avalawn Pharmacy, died here Tuesday.
Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Williams Funeral Chapel.
Burial will be in the Smyrna Cemetery in Rains County.
A native of Farmersville, Collin County, he had lived in Garland for 13 years.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War I.
He is survived by his wife, Vera, three sons, eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, a brother and a sister.
