Moore resident Rachel Ruthann Winter died Saturday, Aug. 13, at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa at the age of 11.
Rachel was born May 3, 1994, in Norman to Kelvin and Debbie Winter. She lived in Moore all her life and attended Kelley Elementary School. She was an active member of Rock Assembly of God Church in Oklahoma City. Rachel enjoyed a number of hobbies, including playing the piano, singing and playing with her friends.

She was preceded in death by her birth mother, Kolleen Winter, and grandfather, Dewayne Durham.

Survivors include her parents, Kelvin and Debbie Winter of the home; five sisters, Tristen Winter and her husband, Kevin, of Norman, Sarah Winter of Meeker, Laci Bowen of the home, Erin Credell and Jaime Winter of the home; two brothers, Jacob Winter and Ben Credell of the home; grandparents, Wayne and Ruth Ann Winter of Meeker, Charles and Pene Ridlinghafer of Bethany, Linda Durham of Noble and Anne and Chuck Credell of Norman; and niece, MegAnn Winter of Meeker.

Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Rock Assembly of God Church, 12500 S. Pennsylvnia in Oklahoma City, with Pastor Colen Lassiter officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery in Norman under the direction of Havenbrook Funeral Home, Norman.

Pallbearers will be uncles Ken, Jason, Larry, Rocko and Gus.
