Funeral services were held Saturday July 29, 2000, at the Round Valley Presbyterian Church, for Nelson Henry Brush who died in Covelo Wednesday, July 26, 2000 at the age of 89. Born August 27, 1910 in Covelo, Mr Brush was employed as a bartender at the Buck Horn.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Evelyn Brush of Covelo; two sons Robert Brush of Pinole and Richard Brush of Concord; and a daughter, Darlene Niesen of Ukiah. There are four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
