Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, August 18, 2013 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Dilday – Carter Funeral Home.
Ms. Adkins was born January 11, 1984, in Iowa. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by one daughter, three sons, her father, four sisters and three brothers.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 12 Noon until time of services on Sunday.
