The marker has a Los Angeles Police badge, however I cannot tell what rank this gentlemen held. It says "Member, Los Angeles Police". I tried to look up information but could not find any such rank currently in the LAPD; only Officer, Sergeant, Lieutenant, etc., but no information as to "Member". If anyone has any information, please send me a message using the 'Edit' tab.
