WINTER HAVEN -- Mr. Aubrey Lee Talburt of Winter Haven died of heart failure Monday (Feb. 9, 2004) at Life Care Center of Winter Haven. He was 80.Born in Henryetta, Okla., on May 1, 1923, he came to Polk County from Miami in 1994. He was a lawyer. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Elks Club, the American Legion and Moose Lodge, all in Winter Haven. He attended St. Alban's Episcopal Church in Auburndale.Mr. Talburt is survived by his sons, David Talburt, Hendersonville, N.C., William Talburt, Fletcher, N.C.; companion, Josephine Fisher, Winter Haven; two grandchildren.
