Max O Drowley, 69, of 4417 Lippincott Rd, Lapeer, died Thursday at St. Joseph Hospital in Flint.
He was born in Michigan May 14, 1911, the son of William and Minnie Drowley. He married Dorothy Lynk in 1940.
A Lapeer County resident for the past 45 years, he retired from Homers Concrete in 1971.
He is survived by his wife and a sister, Mrs. William Olney of Houghton Lake.
Services were held Saturday at Baird-Newton Funeral Home with the Rev Arnold Bracy officiating. Burial was in Smith Hill Cemetery.
