Mr. Brown was born in Sidney to Bob Brown and Eva Holland Brown. He married Ilene Bryson on May 4, 1946. She preceded him in death on March 23, 1978. He then married Hazel Laman Keesee on April 21, 1979 in Austin, Texas. Tom passed away at Western Hill Heathcare Residence in Comanche, Texas. He is survived by his wife and two sons. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Ilene Bryson Brown and two sisters, Nellie Angerman and Inez Thompson.
