Gordon William Lloyd Andrews:

Husband, father, brother, grandfather, friend and inspiration to many, died at his home "The Commencement Terrace" on June 27, 2000. Gordon was 73 years old when he passed.

He was born November 23, 1926 in Pine Falls, Manitoba, Canada.

He was the oldest son of Frederick Gordon Andrews and his wife Elsie Mary Audette. Although Gordon faced far too many challenges in his life, he always had a smile and a kind gesture for others. He came to the States at the age of 28.

Gordon met and married his beloved and late wife Janet in Tacoma, Washington, USA. They had four children. They owned and operated two restaurants during their marriage.

During Gordon's life he enjoyed hunting, fishing, a good documentary and an even better boxing match! He was a talented oil painter.

Gordon was preceded in death by his lovely wife, Janet McCormack Andrews plus his daughter, Kristine Janet, and his son, Douglas Gordon.

Gordon's children, grandchildren and friends meant everything to him. Gordon's family extends a heartfelt thank you to his care giver who was truly a giver of care. Additionally thank you to all the nurses at Association of Home Health.

We love you, Dad, you suffer no longer. A good soul, you taught us to laugh and find the good in all life has to offer. Thank you, now rest in peace, Dear Man.
