Charles Lyons, born circa 1780, married Henriette Baptiste, the daughter of Pierre Baptise and Margaret Jacob. Pierre Baptise was the son of John Baptiste Baudro, Jr. of Pascagoula, Miss and Henriette Huett of Bayou La Batre, Alabama.
John Cunningham and Martha Ellen Lyons Cunningham are believed to be buried in the Laughlin Cemetery north of Four Mile Creek in Escatawpa, MS. Many other Cunninghams are in a small graveyard now under one concrete slab north of Big Point on west side of Hwy 613 16th section land south of 40 acres of land formerly owned by J. Lamar Baria and Brazeale Branch and was known as the Cunningham Family Cemetery.
