Funeral Service Will Be Held at the First Baptist Church This Afternoon at 2:30 O'clock.
James W. Gibson passed from this life yesterday morning at 12:05 o'clock, at the residence of H. N. Todd, 1400 Watson avenue, where he had made his home for the last few years.
He had reached the age of 58 years. He leaves three sons, Guy Gibson, of St. Joseph, MO.; Leo Gibson, of Springfield, MO.; Goldie Gibson, of Honolulu; one daughter, Mrs. Crystal Hill, Silveth, Ill.; two sisters, Mrs. W. H. Hamilton and Mrs. Henrietta Harris, both of Clark.
Mr. Gibson was a member of the First Baptist church and of the Brotherhood of Railway Carmen.
The funeral service will be conducted in the First Baptist church this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, by Rev. Lamb. Burial in Oakland.
