Ninian and Ester Beall appear on the 1850 census, Warren, Jefferson County, Ohio, where he is a farmer and they are adjacent to his parents George and Susan Beall family. His parents both born Maryland and there are 8 of his siblings in their household.

Ninian Beall made his last Will, June 16, 1891, Liberty Dist, Ohio County, WV, in which he bequeathed all his personal estate to his wife Hetty.
He bequeathed his farm of 204 acres in Liberty Dist which he purchased from A. C. Boggs to his daughter Emma V. Agnew, wife of George Agnew, with whom he resides, to be held during her natural life subject to the dower interest of her mother therein.
And then to the children of daughter Emma.
He named a son Henry Clay Beall to receive no part of his estate and he nominated his friend Edward W. Atkinson to be Executor.
