Tyler Morse, 27, of Flower Mound, passed away Sunday, August 25, 2013 following a car accident. No obituary can do justice to Tyler, to a life so short but richly lived, to a heart so tender and kind.

Tyler was born on February 21, 1986 in Bedford, Texas to Randy and Pam Morse. He was a faithful Christian man, wholly devoted to God, his family, and his friends. Tyler graduated from Lake Dallas High School in 2004 and attended the University of North Texas, where he played trumpet and was heavily involved in the Jazz program. He was a truly gifted musician and leaves his mark on many people through his musical performance and mentorship. He continued to play trumpet in the jazz band at Harding University, where he graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor's of Business Administration, focused on Professional Sales. It was there that he met the love of his life, Melissa Ellen Combs. They were married on May 22, 2010, shortly after graduating. His compassionate heart led him to the home healthcare industry, where he worked in sales and marketing.

To call Tyler an avid outdoorsman would be an understatement. He loved to hunt and fish, and was an expert marksman and angler. Tyler had a passion for sharing his knowledge and experiences with others.

Most importantly, Tyler loved God. He was very involved with the church his whole life, taught Bible classes, led singing, and participated in mission work with his wife. His generous heart lives on; he continues to serve and bless others through his decision to be an organ and tissue donor.

Tyler is survived by his wife; parents; his brother, one nephew; grandparents Bill and Jo Ann Sharbine, and Don and Charlotte Morse; his in-laws, and many other relatives and friends.
