Peggy E. Atwood, 60, of 37 William St., Addison, NY, entered into rest Thursday, August 4, 2011 at Absolut Care at Three Rivers, Painted Post, NY.
Born in Corning, NY, August 3, 1951, she was the daughter of Lesley & Verna Martin Enderle.
A graduate of Addison Central School, she had been employed at Family Dollar at Ridgeland, South Carolina and was assistant librarian in Ridgeland.
She married Timothy W. Atwood, he survives.
Also surviving are her mother, Verna Enderle of Addison; her son, Michael Atwood of Ridgeland, SC; her daughter, Shanette (John) Griffin of Delaware Watergap, PA; her brother, Gerald Enderle of Addison; her sisters, Sharon Enderle of Savona, NY, Barbara (John) Knapp of Cameron Mills, NY, & Judy Enderle of Ridgeland, SC; four grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, & cousins.
Friends may call Monday, August 8th at 7pm at the H.P. Smith & Son, Inc. Funeral Home, 1607 Main St., Woodhull, NY, where memorial services will be conducted at 8:30pm.
Inurnment will be in Woodhull Cemetery.
