I have issue with Harry Walter Ness being designated at Clair Lewellyn Ness's father. There is no evidence that I can find that Harry W Ness was ever married to Clair Ness's mother, Minnie Estella Meyers. In fact, Harry Walter Ness married Lydia Eberly about 10 weeks before Clair was born. If he was indeed the biological father of Clair, it was an out-of-wedlock pregnancy. Where is the documentation that this Harry Walter Ness is Clair Lewellyn Ness's father in the absence of his mother being married to him? This is an important allegation that should have some written support.
