Orville M. Button
Ulysses - Orville M. Button, 73, died Wednesday at his home here following a heart attack. Born Oct. 24, 1889 in Meade County, he married Dora E. Malone in 1910. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in 1960. He spent his entire life in the Western Kansas and Eastern Colorado areas.
Survivors: The widow, of the home; sons, Everett, and William, both of Johnson; John, Wichita; Oscar and Leroy, both of Ulysses; daughters, Mrs. Julia Hedgecoke, Las Animas, Colo.; Mrs. Elsie Kiber, BIg Bow, Kan.; 21 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Funeral: 2:30 p.m. Friday, Ulysses Methodist Church, Rev. Robert Peters. Burial: Ulysses Cemetery.
