Nina Juaquina Dollarhide passed away on May 15, 2013 at home in Davis, CA. Born July 7, 1963 in Fresno, CA, she came to Davis 5 yrs ago with her husband, Terry, to begin a new life together. Nina was a graduate of Roosevelt High School and played on the varsity volleyball team. She loved music and gardening but what she enjoyed most was spending time with her friends, family and extended family at Rancho Yolo Senior Park. Although she struggled for many years with health issues, Nina looked for the positive in everything. She enriched her life by immersing herself into church activities at Pole Line Baptist Church and Word of Life Christian Center and helping others. She was a beloved wife, mother, daughter and sister.

Friends are invited to visit on Wednesday, May 22nd from 3 – 6 p.m. at Wiscombe Funeral Home, 116 D Street in Davis (530) 758-5500 and attend a celebration of Nina's life that evening at 7 p.m. at the Independent Order of Odd Fellows Lodge 415 Second Street, Davis CA 95616. Burial and graveside services will take place Saturday, May 25th at noon at Belmont Memorial Park, 201 Teilman Ave. Fresno, CA.
