Nicholas "Nicky" Christian Throckmorton, infant, passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2013 at Indiana University Medical Center.

Nicky was born on August 8, 2013 to Christian and Rachel (Such) Throckmorton of Monrovia. In the short time that Nicky was with us, he has created memories that will stay with his parents forever. Each moment that they were able to spend with him will be cherished and remembered.
Nicholas passed away from a rare genetic disorder called NonKetotic Hyperglycinemia (NKH). He was diagnosed with the disorder at 15 weeks gestational age. The disorder affects approximately 1 in 60,000 births and approximately less than 1,000 children are alive with the disorder. His older sister Raeann was diagnosed with it after she was born at 8 days old.

Nicky is survived by his siblings, Tristen Blue Throckmorton, Hadley Fiona Throckmorton, Ethan William Throckmorton, and Raeann Marie Throckmorton; maternal grandparents, Chris and Rita Such of Plainfield; paternal grandparents, Mike and Tonya Throckmorton of NC, Rhonda and Larry Nicholson of Spencer and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be private. Burial is to be at Chambersville Cemetery in Spencer, Indiana.
