Mrs. Richard Plank

After being an invalid a number of years, Ruth Hall, widow of Richard Plank, died this morning in the 82d year of her age. She was born in Kennett Township and about sixty-five years ago her parents moved to West Goshen Township, where she lived until her marriage to Mr. Plank. Then she resided in Upper Uwchlan a number of years until her husband was elected Recorder of Deeds and moved to West Chester, having a home on West Chestnut street. In religion she was a friend.

Mrs. Plank leaves one son, Howard H. Plank, teller in the Dime Savings Bank, and one daughter, Mrs. Everett Fisher, of Downingtown.

She was a daughter of Caleb and Ruthanna Hall. She had a brother and a sister, now not living. The sister married Richard Henderson who is living near Malvern.

PLANK- In West Chester, on 7th-day, 4th-mo, 21st, Ruth A., widow of the late Richard H. Plank, in the 82d year of her age.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral without further notice from her late residence, 202 West Chestnut St., on 3d- day, 4th-mo. 24th. Meet at the house at 2 o'clock p.m. Interment at Oaklands Cemetery.

At her late home on West Chestnut Street yesterday afternoon; funeral services were held over the body of Ruth A., widow of Richard H. Plank, and interment was made in Oaklands Cemetery. Caroline J. Worth was the speaker and George Bartram read a portion of scripture. The pall bearers were Maurice Bartram, Lowell Fisher, Everett Fisher, George Bartram, Herbert Plank, Wayne Plank.
