Linda was 12 years old when she went missing after going to a local shop on an errand for her grandmother in 1961. Found dead in a field nearby 4 days after she disappeared, she had been strangled with her own scarf. The only suspect in the case was never charged. In August 2013 police re-appealed for any information that may finally lead them to identify who killed her.
