Services for Leroy Gordon, 74, of Brownsboro are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 6, 2013, at Chandler Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dan Tarno officiating under the direction of Chandler Memorial Funeral Home, Chandler.
He passed away Sept. 3, 2013, in Tyler.
Mr. Gordon was born April 30, 1939, in Seagoville.
He was a life-long resident of Brownsboro and Mabank area, and served in the U.S. Navy from 1961 to 1963. Mr. Gordon retired from Kelly Springfield after 34 years.
Mr. Gordon was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and three sisters.
Survivors include: wife, Mary Gordon of Brownsboro; son, Kenneth Gordon of Chandler; daughters, Patricia Hope and husband Glen Blalock of Bullard, Sharon Moon Orozco of Brownsboro; sister, Ann and husband Elwood Hunt of Eustace; brother-in-laws, James and Corey Wilbanks of Ben Wheeler, Billy Wilbanks of Brownsboro; sister-in-law, Carolyn Needham of Canton; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
