Henry S. Bement
Canandaigua, Dec. 29--At noon today occurred the death of Henry S. Bement at the home of his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Morgan Bement of Coy Street. He had been a sufferer from pulmonary trouble and about two weeks ago he had a serious fall at his home which injured him internally and to this death was due. He was aged about 67 years. He is survived by his parents and two sons, Charles H. Bement of Brockport, and William M. Bement of Canandaigua. He was a veteran of the Civil War, serving all through, and was mustered out as a sergeant of Company B of the Fifteenth New York Engineers. He was a member of A. M. Murray Post GAR.
