Mrs. Ballentine was a lifelong resident of Riverton, born there, the daughter of Albert and Lydia Howett Myers.
Her husband, Winfield B. Ballentine, preceded her in death on April 6, 1964.
She was a member of the Methodist Church in Riverton and the Riverton Rebecca Lodge.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Lewis Yeaman, of Riverton; one son, Harold Ballentine, of Riverton; one stepson, Charles Ballentine, of Uhrichsville, Ohio; three sisters, Mrs. May Searcy, Mrs. Ida Washbond and Mrs. Ethel Revealey, all of Riverton; one brother, Arthur Myers, of Riverton; and five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Services were at the Staab Funeral Home.
Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery.
