Anna Cook, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Cook of route three, Portland, died at birth Saturday in St. Lawrence hospital, Lansing.
Surviving besides her parents are three sisters, Rebecca, Maria and Bonita; three brothers, Gary Michael and Bruce; her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Cook of Pewamo; and great-grandmother, Mrs. Henry Meade of Portland.
