MCLEAN — J.B. Brown, 93, died Friday, Sept. 13, 2013.
Memorial graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Hillcrest Cemetery in McLean with the Rev. Wendell Knutson officiating. Inurnment will be in Hillcrest Cemetery. Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of McLean.
Mr. Brown was born Sept. 18, 1919, in Chillicothe to M.E. and Maggie Smithson Brown. He married the love of his life 74 years ago, Lorene Henry, on June 17, 1939, in Chillicothe.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Ed Brown of Pflugerville and David Brown of McLean; two daughters, Paula Sue Gibson of Pampa and Nancy Kay Dwyer of Canyon; a brother, Morris Brown of McLean; two sisters, Willie Nicholas of McLean and Dorothy Lock of Lefors; 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to Loaves and Fishes Ministry in McLean.
