John Henry Huckabee, a native of Aiken County, died yesterday at his residence. Mr. Huckabee, 71, resided at 3378 Milledgeville Road.
Burial will be in Sizemore Cemetery, Aiken.
Mr. Huckabee had lived in Augusta for 25 years. He was a Baptist. He was a retired exterminator of Orkin Exterminating Co., Inc.
Survivors include his widow, Esther Pauline Huckabee; five sons, Allen Huckabee and Dean Ray Huckabee, Augusta, John Henry Huckabee Jr., West Columbia, Jimmy Huckabee and Olin Huckabee, Winter Garden, Fla.; a daughter, Lois Ann Malcolm, Connecticut; two stepdaughters, Brenda Mathis, Aiken, and Gail Davis, Augusta; two stepsons, Charles Woodward, Jacksonville, Fla., and Andrew Woodward, Augusta; three brothers, R.J Huckabee, Salley, A.D. Huckabee, Pelion, and Charles Huckabee, Westminster; and a sister, Lolava James, Salley.
