Oda "Jim" Collins Ottinger was born to Rosa (Bates) and Arty Collins Ottinger. He married Frances Taylor and together they had Dallas Ottinger. Later Jim and family moved to Saint Louis, Missouri where he met and married Margie Hamilton. Together they had Gerald Lloyd Ottinger, who passed away shortly before his 1st birthday and Marvin Gene Ottinger. Jim, who was lovingly known as "Pop" to his family was a kind, loving and generous man. He loved his family, his pipe and making his granddaughters jelly bread. He left us far too soon and he is missed desperately, still.
