THOMAS V. DRAPER, 79, of Memphis, retired machine operator for Kimberly-Clark Corp., died of respiratory arrest Monday at his home. Entombment services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Forest Hill Mausoleum East with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery East. Forest Hill Funeral Home East has charge. He was a member of West Frayser Baptist Church. He was a World War II veteran of China-Burma-India theater and was a ham radio operator. Mr. Draper leaves two daughters, Sandra F. Holley of Memphis and Cheryl A. Holley of Bolivar, Tenn.; two sons, William F. Draper of Memphis and Thomas Nolan Draper of Richland, Wash., six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
