David L. Bradle, 63, Laona, was called home to the Lord on May 11, 2013 at Oak Ridge Gardens, Menasha. He was born in Laona on December 17, 1949 to Frank and Connie (Miron) Bradle.

David graduated from Laona High School and then attended Nicolet College for automotive repair.

He married Kary on November 13, 1976 and they were blessed with 3 children, Emily Lyn, Megan Edith and Andrew Frank. They were delighted grandparents to Hayden and Garrett Ahlswede and Iris Bobbe.

David was active in the community all of his life as a Laona Volunteer Fireman for 45 years, many of those years as Assistant Chief. He was one of the founders of the Laona Rescue Unit, serving 20 years as an EMT and held various offices and positions during that time. David served as a faithful usher at St. Leonard Catholic Church for 20 years. He also mentored young people interested in auto mechanics. He owned Dave Bradle's Service and Repair since 1980 and took great pride in his work and commitment to his loyal customers. Dave will be deeply missed by the guys in the shop.

Once you met Dave, you had a friend for life. David was active as a chaperone for events and trips, when his children were in school. He enjoyed attending their extra-curricular activities and sporting events. David was very proud of his children and their accomplishments.
