Thelma C. Wingfield, of Ruther Glen, Va., departed this life peacefully on April 7, 2000.
She is survived by her husband, Leon R. Wingfield Sr.; three daughters, Patricia A. Claiborne, Priscilla L . Jones, and Tracie R. Wingfield; son, Leon R. Wingfield Jr.; stepdaughters, Elizabeth Fells and Vivian D. Woolfolk.Thelma C. Wingfield, of Ruther Glen, Va., departed this life peacefully on April 7, 2000. She is survived by her husband, Leon R. Wingfield Sr.; three daughters, Patricia A. Claiborne, Priscilla L . Jones, and Tracie R. Wingfield; son, Leon R. Wingfield Jr.; stepdaughters, Elizabeth Fells and Vivian D. Woolfolk; two sons-in-law, one daughter-in-law, 15 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, two sisters, two brothers, a host of other relatives and friends. Remains rest at the Henry W.Dabney Funeral Home, 518 N. Washington Hwy., Ashland, where funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday. Minister Elizabeth Fells and Rev. Edward Woolfolk officiating. Interment Roselawn Memory Gardens.
