73. He was born on August 25, 1942, in Salineville, OH, to Earl T and Helen
(Edwards) Laney.
He was preceded in death by his parents Earl and Helen Laney; his son,
Kevin James Laney; and wife Joyce M. Laney. He is survived by his daughter,
Kimberly J. Laney-Gonzalez and husband, Marc, and their children Xavier,
Elizabeth, Isabella and Olivia; his son, Michael J. Laney and wife,
Heather, and their children Braden, Addison, Sydney, Trinity, and Kylie;
his brother, Richard Laney; and his sister, Frances Smith.
A private memorial service will be held in Salineville, Ohio in late August
2016. Clarence and Joyce will be laid to rest together on the 50th
anniversary of the marriage.
In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial contributions be made to
